What is illustration 14

A more abstract approach to experimentation relying on the tone of the paper to account for definition in the images. The purpose of these was to explore how much detail is necessary in order to receive information from an illustration. I showed a particular emphasis on painted shapes and the gaps between the acrylic, I also included some naive typography as part of this experiment. This questions what illustration is by challenging whether the image is more about content than aesthetics.
